The Lippens Committee holds a public consultation to ascertain how effectively the Code is contributing towards the development of governance-related practices that foster a spirit of enterprise and risk management.
Respondents' reactions will then serve to guide any adaptations of the present version of the text of the Code and form the basis for any proposals regarding more efficient application of the Code's provisions.
The final deadline for submitting responses is 30 November 2007.
